Eat Right and Moisturize

A critical step in getting healthy and glowing skin is to eat a balanced diet containing plenty of Vitamins A, C, D and E. And dont forget the magic word - MOISTURIZE.

Vitamins C and E help prevent skin damage from free radicals which can cause visible lines and wrinkles. Vitamin C also helps the body produce and maintain healthy collagen levels. Vitamin A protects us from sun damage together with Vitamins C and D.

Essential fatty acids found in vegetable oils from tuna, salmon, and nuts help nourish and hydrate the skin and give one a glowing complexion. Getting eight hours of sleep every night is also important. So is exercise that improves blood circulation and ones complexion. A daily 20-minute walk daily can improve your skin.

However, hydrating the skin is the most important part of any skin care routine. Experts say you should look for products that match your skin type - be it dry, oily or a combination of both.

For soft, smooth, supple skin, use a good moisturizer. Consider your skin type and how your skin responds to different skin care products when choosing an appropriate product for you.

There are many different moisturizers for different skin types. Cream moisturizer is the heaviest and thickest of them all and is good for dry skin. People with normal skin can also use cream as a winter moisturizer. A water-based moisturizer is lighter than cream and is best for people with combination to oily skin. It can also serve as a summer moisturizer for persons with normal skin.

Gel is the lightest moisturizer and suits oily skin. It is more solid than cream and is easily absorbed. Oil is a good moisturizer for any skin type. Rose hip oil, in particular, helps heal sunspots, wrinkles and acne scars. Grape seed oil is rich in antioxidants.

Whatever you use, always keep your moisturizer in the fridge. Keeping your moisturizer cool will not only make it stay fresh longer, it will also help freshen your skin and shrink your pores when applied.

Avoid ingredients with odd names or those that only a scientist would understand. The rule of thumb is if you dont know what it is, dont use it. You dont have to be a fall guy for questionable ingredients.

The best moisturizers are those that contain essential oils and pure botanicals like green tea, chamomile and Korean ginseng extract. Rejuvinol comes with these ingredients. Check out http://www.rejuvinol.com for more information.
